Over a year ago I picked up my first road bike, since doing so I’ve had a hard time trying to find good quality, comfortable and cool women’s cycling gear. Cycling as a sport is very much a jock-show… yet the more I ride, the more I notice there are LOTS of women roadies out there who are decked-out with sweet bikes, kits and style. In my quest to find kickass women’s cycling gear I’ve decided to make the rounds to local bike shops to find what they offer women cyclists and more generally what they’re all about.

Basically I’m looking for more of this…and less of this

I’m well aware that there are a numerous bike shops in TO, so I am concentrating my efforts on shops that support the road bike community. I hope you find these posts useful when you are in need of a good jersey or new pair of shorts. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll spend less time looking for places to buy cool gear and more time shopping!
